The first ingredient in the line, SelectSIEVE Zen (INCI: Ocimum tenuiflorum (Holy Basil) (and) Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) (and) Sambucus nigra (Elderberry extracts) is a phytochemical complex that promotes mental relaxation and emotional well-being.
